Top pony showjumper Tixylix sold to Mandy Hall

  • Tixylix — the outstanding pony showjumper who helped Jessica Mendoza to 2011 and 2012 European team gold medals, has been sold.

The pony has gone to to Mandy Hall’s base in Hertfordshire for her daughter Jodie Hall-McAteer to ride.

Now 17, Jessica finished pony competitions in December. The pair racked up scores of grand prix victories in their time together.

“Tixy has been such a good pony for me and I hope her new rider has as much of an amazing time as I did with her,” said Jessica.

“I just hope I get a horse as good as her one day. She will be missed greatly.”
