Mark Armstrong at Bucks County Show

  • Mark Armstrong enjoyed a clean sweep of the top classes at Bucks County Show (30 August). He took the top two placings in the Area Trial with Rex and Kannelle De La Baie, as well as picking up the accumulator with joker on Lavaletta.

The schedule included the final of the popular Bucks Beginners series, a three-round contest that attracted 35 starters.

Nine produced initial clears, and three went through to the final jump-off, Susie Rawding set the standard. But Jade Hall and Luna Land Marque also cut every corner to set the winning time.

Eventer Bumble Thomas has recently been showing her prowess in producing young horses and took third place on Cuero Du Coisvert.
