British Eventing (BE) has teamed up with British Showjumping (BS) to offer its washed-out members some sport.
A large number of horse trials have been cancelled due to the rain, leaving eventers with few places to compete.
So BS is offering a three-month eventing membership, to run from 28 June – 30 September 2012. 


Membership will be just £49 for both horse (Grade C) and rider that join and wish to compete during this period.
Those joining on this membership category will be eligible for the prize fund in addition to having any qualifying rounds recorded.
Additional Grade C horses may be registered at a cost of £19 per horse.
And there is the option to renew as a national member on either a six or 12-month term from 1 October.
