Rio 2016 Olympic cross-country course designer welcomed by riders
Leading riders have welcomed the news that Frenchman Pierre Michelet has been selected to design the course for the 2016 Olympics
The Rio Olympics eventing competition includes two days of dressage, followed by a single day of cross-country, and a single day of showjumping. There are two rounds of showjumping on the final day; the first round decides the team medals, with the top 25 riders jumping a second time for individual honours.
