Welcome to our group test of fly sprays. All of the sprays in this group test have been put through their paces by dressage rider Jamie Broom and his wife Georgi, who run a busy livery and training yard near Windsor. Find out what they thought below.
Official description
Lincoln Fly Stoppa is a highly effective fly spray with Deet. It contains added tea tree oil for its skin conditioning and anti-bacterial properties.

First impressions
The labelling really caught my eye and the bottle fitted really well in my hand.
Overview of performance
Sadly the spray mechanism broke quite quickly. But when it was working I did find it fairly effective against the small flies and it went onto the horses’ coats nicely.
Georgi’s likes and dislikes
I like the simple design of the bottle, but the spray top could be more robust.

Verdict
I think this will be a good addition to a horse owners’ tack room when they need that quick spritz just before they ride.
