Event rider Zara Phillips has become engaged to her rugby player boyfriend Mike Tindall.
Buckingham Palace announced the engagement this morning (Tuesday 21 December).
The 29-year-old daughter of Princess Anne and Cpt Mark Phillips, who in 2006 was World eventing champion and named BBC Sports Personality of the year, lives in Gloucestershire with long-term boyfriend Mike.
