This year’s Equine Event takes place on 4-5 November at the National Agricultural Centre, Warwicks and promises to be bigger and better than ever.
The exhibition hall has created extra space this year allowing for more than 300 trade stands, plus extra seats around the main arena.
Equine personalities from all disciplines will be presenting displays in the main arena, including Andrew Nicholson, who will be discussing selecting and working the young event horse, Kyra Kyrklund on dressage as the basis of all training and Horse & Hound columnist Graham Fletcher and his wife Tina on how to improve your show jumping.
As well as the annual Hackney Championships, the event will also feature seminars on topical issues in the horse industry,plus advice from top vets and farriers .
On Sunday 5 November only Bob and Christine Mayhew and David Lloyd will present a display on Western riding. A new, second arena will feature horsemanship demonstrations including endurance riding for the next millennium, work in-hand by Judy Bradwell and Michael Holmstrom on conformation of the riding horse.
The British Equine Event runs from 9am-5pm on both daysTicket prices are £7 for adults and £6.5 for RASE members, students and under-15s.
Family tickets are also available for £24 for two adults and two children.
