Traxdata Interview dies

  • Traxdata Interview, owned by Gail McBride and ridden by Tim Stockdale, has died peacefully in his stable at the age of 20

Punky, as he was known, was retired from competition at the Traxdata Hickstead meeting earlier this year. The horse won more than £90,000 during his international career.

Tim and Traxdata Interview were part of successful Nations Cup teams and had enjoyed many Grand Prix wins together.

The horse had been returned to the Begleys in Newbury for his retirement.

Alison Begley bought Punky from Andy Austin as a five-year-old and had taken him through to international level when Gail McBride bought him for Tim to ride.
