Sir Mark Prescott court case adjourned


  • Defendants Sir Mark Prescott and Clarissa Dickson wright appeared at Scarborough Magistrates Court on Friday (9 November) to face charges of illegal hare coursing.

    Both entered pleas of not guilty and the case was adjourned until 19 November.

    Also to be heard on 19 November is a linked case involving former trainer Peter Easterby who has pleaded not guilty to allowing illegal coursing to take place on his land in North Yorkshire.
