How to walk the World Equestrian Games XC course

  • Eventing fans hoping to walk the course at the World Equestrian Games (WEG) will need to plan their visit to Le Pin National Stud — where the cross-country phase will take place on Saturday 30 August — carefully as the public will only be allowed access to it at specific times.

Your course-walking slot will depend on the ticket you hold. The times are:

    • Between 2.30-7.30pm on Thursday 28 August for ticket holders to Thursday’s eventing dressage
    • Between 5-7.30pm on Thursday 28 August for ticket holders to Saturday’s cross-country
    • Between 2.30-5.30pm on Friday 29 August for ticket holders to Friday’s eventing dressage

Visitors will need to arrive at the course at the correct time with their dressage or cross-country admission ticket.

Tickets for Saturday’s cross-country are still available and cost €34 (with a 50% discount for children under 12), visit: www.normandy2014.com
