Horsebox manufacturer goes out of business

  • Prestige Horseboxes based in Hesketh Bank, near Preston, Lancs, has ceased trading. All creditors are being referred to local insolvency practitioner Leonard Curtis.

All the company’s lorries, including the Windsor S range, were designed and built at the Lancashire premises by coachbuilders.

Top riders who own a Prestige box include pony European dressage champion Phoebe Peters.

Leonard Curtis declined to comment on the reason for closure.
