Paralympian Lee Pearson opens new Devon saddle studio

  • Paralympic dressage world champion, Lee Pearson, will officially open Nutwell Saddlery’s new saddle studio and consultation suite in Lympstone, Exeter, on Sunday 23 January.

Lee is the world’s most successful Paralympic dressage rider, having won 27 gold medals, including nine Paralympic Games Gold medals.

He was also named 2004 Sportsman of the Year by the Daily Telegraph and is an MBE.

The new saddle studio, which opened on 1 December, allows Nutwell Saddlery customers to see and experience the 150 new saddles kept in stock.

And the consultation suite includes stabling and an indoor fitting area with direct access to an indoor riding arena, for customers buying a new saddle or having the fit of their current saddle checked.

Janet Legg, master saddler and co-founder of Nutwell Saddlery said: “We are thrilled to have Lee Pearson joining us to officially open the facilities and are all looking forward to what promises to be a fantastic day.”

Tickets are free but limited and allocated on a first come first served basis. For more information or to register, please call Nutwell Saddlery on 01392 877896 or go to www.nutwellsaddlery.co.uk.
