New equine reproduction veterinary specialist joins Twemlows Hall

  • Noelle Lowry MRCVS is joining Twemlows Hall on 1 February as resident vet.

Noelle is from Northern Ireland and studied veterinary science at the University of Liverpool, graduating in 1998.

Following an embryo transfer course at Twemlows Hall, she worked three stud seasons in Australia, with up to 80 donor mares each year, using fresh, chilled and frozen semen. She has worked as a practice vet in the UK for eight years specialising in equine reproduction.

Noelle said of her new post: “The facilities [at Twemlows] are as good as any I have seen and working with a large, well-managed, recipient herd is something to look forward to.”
