Netherlands takes lead in WEG medal table; Britain still fifth

  • Britain remains in fifth place in the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games medal table after Laura Bechtolsheimer added another silver to the tally last night.

However, the Netherlands has usurped the USA at the top of the leader board. Edward Gal and Moorlands Totilas’s dressage freestyle gold means the Netherlands now has three golds — all for dressage — to America’s two (team and individual reining).
