Daredevil stunt rider Lorenzo is recovering in Charing Cross Hospital, London, after a crashing fall during the afternoon performance at Olympia on Friday afternoon (15 December).
Lorenzo, whose stylish display of bareback riding and jumping has proved a crowd favourite, appeared to lose his balance while attempting to jump the high bar with his galloping four-in-hand greys.
The Frenchman was taken out of the arena on a stretcher after sustaining an injury to his head.
It is understood that the medical team have recommended that although after pre-examination, the injury is not considered serious, Lorenzo has been advised to withdraw from Friday’s evening performance.
However, Lorenzo was back in action over the weekend, perfoming to capacity crowds twice a day
