Feed company Winergy is looking for horses to take part in a feed trial of its product Winergy Equilibrium.
Seventy-five horses are needed for the trial, to switch from their traditional feed to Winergy Equilibrium. Each horse will receive one month of free feed and an “honest opinion” from owners is wanted in return.
“Traditional horse feeds tend to be high in cereal starch and sugar. This can contribute to unwanted behaviours or even metabolic conditions, which can end up being detrimental to your horse’s temperament,” said a spokesman for Winergy Equilibrium.
“We like to do things differently. Our feeds are formulated using a unique blend of fibre and oil, with carefully controlled levels of starch. This unique formulation encourages calm, responsive behaviour from your horse, maximising digestive health and encouraging a healthy coat shine.

Apply online by 17 September and the trial will take place during October.
