Horse dealer Tom Smith dies of heart attack, aged 70


  • Bedfordshire horse dealer Tom Smith died of a heart attack on 23 March aged 70.

    Born in Bedford into a large family of horse dealers based in Gwin Street, he moved to Flitwick in 1975 where he ran a business, buying and selling, schooling and breeding all types of horses.

    He was well known for his skills and knowledge in the horse world and supplied many good horses.

    His funeral takes place on Wednesday 14 April at St Peter and St Paul’s Church, in Flitwick.
