Horse boot launched to help prepare muscles and tendons for work again

  • Equestrian company Veredus has launched a boot that claims to “refresh your horse’s legs in just four hours“.

The new “Veredus Magnetik Four Hour Boots” contain 40 magnets per pair and use magnetotherapy to prepare muscles and tendons for work again.

“Whether your horse suffers from swollen legs after exercise, stiffness in the fetlock joints or has an injury to a lower limb tendon or ligament, these boots will be of great benefit,” said a Veredus spokesman.

“By stimulating the production of elastin and collagen, tissue reconstruction is speeded up which helps your horse’s recovery rate.”

The boots are made from Aerox material and coated in Lycra, allowing heat to evaporate so that your horse’s legs remain at a healthy temperature.

They are available in medium and large and cost £179.
