France proved unbeatable in the exciting Horse-Ball European Championships at the Normandy Horse Show (13-17 August, 2013).
The home team claimed gold in all 3 categories: pro-elite, ladies and cadet (under 16s).
Spain collected 2 silver (pro-elite/ladies) and 1 bronze medal (cadets), while Portugal won a silver (cadets) and a bronze (pro-elite). Belgium collected a single bronze in the ladies championship.
The best rider in the pro elite category was France’s Michael Legal, while Spain’s Gerard Garcia was the top scorer with 16 goals.
