Have you even wondered which cross-country training courses your fellow H&H readers rate? Or are you having trouble finding a schooling venue in your area?
Horse&Hound, in association with motor manufacturer Subaru, has launched a new microsite dedicated to bringing you the best cross-country training venues throughout the UK.
Top eventers, including Blyth Tait, Ian Stark, Lucinda Green and Polly Stockton, have revealed some tricks of the trade in the schooling tips section, to help you improve your tactics at ditches, drop fences and water jumps.
The site features an interactive map where you can add your favourite courses and find out what other training is available, plus you can add your photos and discuss cross-country schooling in the forum.
The site will highlight new courses recommended by H&H readers every week, and you can win the loan of a Subaru Forester for three months.
Website editor Carol Phillips said: “Finding the perfect cross-country schooling venue for your needs can be a bit hit and miss, but our new site — www.horseandhound.co.uk/crosscountrycourses — sponsored by Subaru, will make it easy for readers to find new schooling venues in their area.
“Because the site features courses of all types and sizes, there is something for everyone, whether you just want to access good quality off-road riding or plan to undertake some serious training.”
