Brook Farm Training Centre is new BSJA venue for Essex

  • A new venue for British Show Jumping Association (BSJA) show jumping has been approved in Essex.

Brook Farm Training Centre in Stapleford Abbotts has been approved to host affiliated competitions and will run its first senior affiliated intro show on 20 September.

Adrienne Tinworth, speaking on behalf of Brook Farm, said: “There are relatively few affiliated centres in Essex so we have had a lot of positive feedback about hosting BSJA events, particularly among junior riders.”

The centre has been established as a venue for British Dressage competitions for two years, and began hosting unaffiliated show jumping competitions in April.

Owned by Sid and Jackie Jones, Brook Farm boasts a 50×30 wax track indoor arena with a viewing gallery that seats 280, and a 60×20 warm-up arena.

All dates for forthcoming shows can be seen at the Brook Farm website www.brookfarmtc.co.uk
