Ginny Elliot recovering after hunting fall with the Heythrop


  • Ginny Elliot is recovering from a fall in which she fractured
    two vertebrae
    .

    The former world and European eventing champion – who trains the Irish squad – was injured while out with the Heythrop on 28 December.

    Ginny’s husband, Heythrop chairman Mikey Elliot, told H&H that her horse caught its feet in a hole, “catapulting” her into the ground.

    She is much better, though not riding yet because she is wearing a neck brace,” he said.
