New organic supplements launched to keep competition horse in tip-top health

  • A new range of organic supplements to keep the competition horse in maximum health has been launched.

Organic Horse, which last year launched “Organic Horse Power Powders” is now selling “Peak Power Powders” — three “all-in-one” herbal supplements.

Makers say the three formulations — Peak Protection, Peak Condition and Peak Performance — “contain a balance of ingredients to support, protect and maintain the physical balance of the competition horse”.

They have been created using 100% organic ingredients and the latest scientific research, to support a horse during training, travelling and competition.

Eventers Sam Penn and Tintin and Therese van Rickjervorsel and showing rider Chloe Chubb have all been trialling the products.

Tintin used Peak Protection before, during and after competing in Saumur CCI*** where he finished 18th on Our Vintage, qualifying him for the World Equestrian Games.

He said: “Peak Protection helped to get Our Vintage through the rigours of a three day event. He stayed calm, supple and sound throughout and his respiratory system was noticeably healthier.

“He has previously been prone to tying up and using this product prevented any signs of this. Peak Protection provides the building blocks needed to ensure peak performance levels and rapid recovery after an event.”
