This year’s Land Rover Burghley Horse Trials (1-4 September) promises to be as challenging as ever for competitors.
Designed by Captain Mark Phillips and built by Philip Herbert and his team, the provisional total length of the course is 6,400m with a provisional optimum time of 11 minutes 15 secs.
