Event rider Daisy Berkeley is being sponsored by new online horse feed merchant, eFeed.co.uk
eFeed.co.uk was launched in April, claiming to offer highly competitive prices on feed thanks to bulk purchasing. It is a sister company to White Horse Bedding.
Daisy Berkeley — née Dick — is to work with eFeed.co.uk to ensure it offers “unrivalled customer experience” in its quest to reduce the monthly feed bill for horse owners.
“The large range of stock, convenience and speed of ordering and delivering, combined with the fantastic value of products on offer make using eFeed.co.uk a ‘no brainer’,” said Daisy.
Company director Stuart Fitzgerald said Daisy has joined the team to help introduce riders to the service — and to encourage feedback.
“People are fairly resistant to trying eFeed.co.uk as it’s not what they’re used to, especially if they haven’t been personally referred to it,” he explained.
“We also lack feedback — and want Daisy to put feelers out for feedback, as well as give us feedback on our ordering and delivery process.”
Due to a number of requests for one or two bags of feed rather than a bulk order, eFeed.co.uk will next week launch a “single bag service”, according to Fitzgerald.
“We hope that will prove popular among the more leisure riders, rather than competition yards wanting to buy in bulk,” he said.
