Sudden death of dressage rider Jane Gregory


  • British Olympic dressage rider Jane Gregory has died, following a heart attack.

    The 51-year-old rode for Team GB at the 2008 Olympics in Hong Kong and at Atlanta in 1996. She shared her 2008 Olympic experience with H&H readers in a regular diary.

    She is believed to have suffered a massive heart attack while riding at home last Monday and fell into a coma.

    She was on life support, but died on Friday (1 April).

    Jane married her long-term partner, Hong Kong dressage rider Aram Gregory in 2006.
