Watch gypsy cob Tiger Tim impress at the National Dressage Championships, finishing second in the novice restricted with 69.31%
Traditional gypsy cob Tiger Tim bucked the trend for flashy warmbloods dominating dressage by finishing second in the novice restriced at the National Dressage Championships in Stoneleigh, Warks (20 September).
Ridden by Alysa Matravers, “Timmy” drew crowds who were impressed the horse had even qualified for these championships against bigger more athletic warmbloods.
Owner Denise Kersley of Coombe Farm Stud in Dorset bred the stallion, having bought his sire from travellers when they moved into the area.
