Dressage riders prepare for action at World Equestrian Games

  • The team dressage competition at the FEI Alltech World Equestrian Games starts today, with Fiona Bigwood and Wie Atlantico riding as pathfinders for the British team at 10.11 USA time, 15.11 GB time.

They will be followed by Maria Eilberg and Two Sox at 15.41 USA time, 20.41 GB time.

Carl Hester (Liebling II) and Laura Bechtolsheimer (Mistral Hojris) both ride tomorrow.

The dressage riders have been allowed only a very limited time to aclimatise their horses to the impressive main area, which has been a cause for concern for some competitors.
