Captain Mark Phillips
Olympic gold medalist Captain Mark Phillips was one of the world’s leading event riders in the 1970s and 80s. He won Badminton four times between 1971 to 1981, as well as Burghley in 1973. He also represented Britain in two winning Nation’s Cup show jumping teams, as well as collecting gold medals in the World and European eventing championships. He has become an extremely sought after trainer and cross-country course builder since retiring from international competition.
