Equestrians can now enjoy drinking and socialising at a horsey-themed mobile bar.
The Tipsy Goose stands within a converted 25-year-old trailer that has been restored into a modern bar.
The unique bar launched last month and will tour events in the south of England and London.
“We wanted to start a county inspired bar for outdoor events,” said Winchester-based Morgan Copelin who runs the Tipsy Goose with his childhood friend Matt Crepper.
The customised trailer has been kitted out with a fully-fitted bar, wine racks and fridges and offers two serving areas — one from the front ramp of the trailer and one from the back.
It serves up local produce from around Winchester and Hampshire including sprits, wines, beers, ales and ciders.
“We have adopted a style of ‘modern British’, which mixes the classic pub with the contemporary wine bar of today,” added school teacher Morgan.
“We plan to travel to various horse-themed events like point-to-points and country shows, as well as other outdoor events like weddings.”

Both Morgan and Matt work full time and plan to run the bar at weekends. They are hoping to convert a second trailer into a bar in the future.
The Tipsy Goose offers a range of packages including a pay bar, an open bar and service only, which allows you to provide your own drinks.

Horsey-themed dining
Earlier this year (8 April) horseandhound.co.uk reported on an equestrian dining experience.
Customers were served up their dinner on a horse drawn carriage in a pop-up restaurant celebrating Royal Ascot.
Michelin-starred chefs Michael Caines and Phil Howard cooked for two lucky diners who won the experience through a competition.
