John Whitaker back in the saddle

  • John Whitaker, who suffered a brain haemorrhage in December, has been passed fit by doctors and is back exercising his horses at his West Yorkshire base. He plans to return to the competition scene later this month.

According to a report inthe Daily Mail, John has spent much of his time off doing maintenance work around the yard, where there are 28 horses in training.

“It’s good to be back on a horse again and when I start competing at shows, I will do just one or two to begin with to get back into the swing of things.”
