Top dressage judge recovers


  • Britain’s top international dressage judge Stephen Clarke,who officiated atlast year’s WEG in Jerez, is recovering after suffering a heart attack last Wednesday while flying back from America.

    He was returning from judging at the American Dressage League Final in Miami and was taken to hospital in Manchester, but is expected to be back home this week.

    Stephen is due to judge at the European Championships at Hickstead later this year and although all his immediate commitments have been cancelled, he says he hopes to be back in action as soon as possible .
