During the recent World Horse Welfare Conference a panel of equestrian experts, including H&H Editor Lucy Higginson, shared their thoughts on the risks currently being faced due to the arrival of exotic equine diseases in Britain and the best way to minimise the risks associated with them.
Chaired by Simon Brooks-Ward, the panel also included Baroness Ann Mallalieu (Chair of the All Party Parliamentary Group of the Horse), Will Connell (World Class Performance Director at the BEF) and Paul Bittar (Chief Executive of the British Horseracing Authority).
