Former Meynell and South Staffordshire joint-master Johnny Greenall and a member of the field, Glen Morris, were convicted of unlawful hunting on Friday 10 August.
Anti-hunt protesters claimed to have footage of the pair illegally hunting fox cubs in October 2011.
Mr Greenall, of Wooton Hall, Ashbourne, and Mr Morris of Ludgate Street, Tutbury, had denied the charges against them at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates Court.
Mr Greenall was fined £3,000, with £500 costs and a £15 victim surcharge. Mr Morris was fined £250, with £250 costs and a £15 surcharge.
