Competition venue Norton Heath EC goes on the market

  • Norton Heath Equestrian Centre, Essex, is for sale, with a guide price of £3,250,000.

Current owner Tonie Finch has been upgrading the centre for four years.

The 18-acre site hosts affiliated and unaffiliated dressage, showjumping and showing competitions and clinics, besides having stabling for 90 horses.

The centre is less than 30 miles from Greenwich Park and could benefit from the opportunities that the London Olympics will bring to the region.
