South Devon hunt countryman convicted under Protection of Badgers Act


  • South Devon hunt countryman Andrew Bellamy has been found guilty of two charges of interfering with a badger sett.

    Mr Bellamy, 39, of Yelverton, was fined £500 with £500 costs, at South Devon Magistrates Court on 1 February.

    He had denied being the man caught on covert filming by the League Against Cruel Sports.
