Strongid-P’s Love Your Horse campaign has won a Veterinary Marketing Association (VMA) award for its eye-catching and stylish point of sale material, designed by the multi award-winning agency Crimson Cat.
The campaign, which was launched last year, featured a matching series of four informative worming guides, displayed in-store with smart, counter-top leaflet dispensers. The displays were supported by posters and balloons and backed up by targeted equestrian editorial and advertising.
Strongid-P’s Love Your Horse campaign is based on simple, straightforward and unbiased educational messages to help ensure the optimum health and wellbeing of horses and ponies in the UK.
The four worming guides — Do you need to worm; Choosing and using the right wormer; Managing your pasture and Worming and your new horse — can be picked up free of charge from tack shops, saddleries or feed merchants.
Susan Mitchell, product manager for Strongid-P said: “We are extremely proud to receive this award. The consistent popularity of our Love Your Horse guides since they were launched indicates that, despite the recession, horse owners still intend to make sure they worm their horses responsibly.”
The VMA Awards are run annually to celebrate the best advertising and marketing campaigns within the veterinary sector.
