History was made in Hong Kong as two teams jumped off for the gold medal for the first time and 61-year-old Ian Millar, the oldest Olympic show jumper ever completed his record ninth Games with his first medal, silver for Canada.
In a thrilling finale, the US won back-to-back gold, beating Canada, the two teams having tied on 20pen after the second round of team jumping, in a jump-off against the clock over a shortened course.
