America eventing squad news [8 May, ’09]
The United States Equestrian Federation intends to announce the US Olympic eventing team on 15 July, based on the performances of short listed riders at Barbury Castle Horse Trials CIC*** (3-6 July) and The Fork Stables in Norwood, North Carolina (11-12 July).
Australia: Two riders selected [23 April, ’09]
The Australian Equestrian Federation has named dressage rider Kristy Oatley and show jumper Edwina Alexander as Olympic riders in Hong Kong. Kristy has Quando-Quando and Don Bolero, while Edwina has three horses to choose from — Isovlas Pialotta, Isovlas Socrates and Isovlas Itot du Chateau.
