In Kreuth, the British young rider team Carri-Ann Dark (Elmstead Poloistique), Charlotte Robinson (Puleski), Abigail Tennant (Chador) and Beth Langley (Ametista) finished second behind the French. Beths horse unfortunately vetted out, but the remaining riders completed.
At the World Young Horse Championships in Compiegne, France, Georgina Hirst won individual bronze with her mother Tricias eight-year-old part-Arab gelding Vlacq Abbattarik.
