Valegro took his second successive Derby House Badminton Young Dressage Horse of the Future Championship title on 20 July.
Owner Carl Hester recorded his first win in the competition after his pupil Lucy Cartwright took the honours riding Valegro last year.
The Dutch-bred gelding is the first dual Badminton young horse winner and last week won a successive Shearwater Championship. He was awarded 10 out of 10 for suitability and star appeal.
Zoe Sleigh was second with five-year-old Fantastic Light, who is by the Fidermark son Furst Piccolo, and impressed the judges with his floating trot.
Gemma Green and the Oldenburger Legamento, by Lord Sinclair, took third, while Sandrose Silk, ridden by 17-year-old Holly Bates, was the highest place mare in fourth.
Sixth-placed Konrad was the highest-placed four-year-old for rider Mary Skelly.
