Jeanette Brakewell: Keeping the competition horse sound

  • Ever wondered how Jeanette Brakewell’s 19-year-old eventer Over To You has managed to remain sound while completing Badminton a record seven times?

Well, on 4 June British Olympic team event rider Jeanette will be speaking at a one-day seminar on “Keeping the Competition Horse Sound” at the Scottish National Equestrian Centre at Oatridge College.

The Scottish Equestrian Association (SEA) event will feature presentations by experts on owning, riding, and the veterinary care of competition horses. There will also be interactive demonstrations on nutrition, gait, and shoeing.

Tickets are £30 per person (£25 for members of national equestrian organisations such as BSJA, BHS, BRC, TRSS, and £20 for members of SEA).
