SJ grooms get turnout competition

  • Show jumping grooms who are proud of how they turn their horses out will be able to compete among themselves at the Kent and Sussex regional BSJA show.

Grooms can enter their charges in a turnout competition, which will take place at Blue Barn EC, Ashford, on 18-19 August. The winner will walk away with £50, donated by Swift Alarms of Tunbridge Wells.

The grooms’ awards will be held on both days and will be judged by Swift Alarms’ managing director, Roger Rawlins.

“I’m delighted that we can offer some recognition to the hard-working grooms – and I will be looking for something exceptional,” he said.
