Show jumping fans can meet one of Britain’s most popular show jumpers – Welham

Fans of top show jumper Welham can meet their hero at a retail store in Haydock on Sunday 28 October.

Star of John Whitaker’s stable, prior to his retirement at Hickstead in August, Welham will be meeting the public at Robinsons Country Leisure between 11am and 2pm.

Welham received the first ever Elite Award at his retirement ceremony in recognition of his long and distinguished career.

His owner, Keeley Durham, who has been enjoying riding Welham since his retirement from top-flight show jumping, will accompany him to the store.
