France unveils WEG showjumping team

  • Fresh from retaining their title as Meydan FEI Nations Cup champions, the French will be aiming for further international success at the FEI Alltech World Equestrian Games in Kentucky.

Current number one rider in the Rolex rankings, Kevin Staut heads the squad with Kraque Boom (pictured top right). He is joined by France Nations Cup team regular Pénélope Leprevost riding Mylord Carthago *HN.

Oliver Guillion will be aiming to emulate his position as the highest placed French rider at the senior 2007 European championships on Lord de Theize, while the experience of Patrice Delaveau, who was on France’s bronze medal winning team at the World Championships in 1986, is bound to prove useful. Patrice will be riding Katchina Mail.

The final squad member is Marie Pellegrin Etter riding Admirable.
