Calling all showjumpers of a certain age!
A quarter of a century ago, Balcormo, in Fife, was one of the premier jumping venues in the country, hosting everything from Home Pony Internationals to Wembley qualifiers.
Now, Sandra Low-Mitchell, daughter of owners Dugald and Jacky Low-Mitchell, is hoping to reunite anyone who used to compete there for a “night of fun and folics with a few old faces”.
The event consists of dinner, dancing and, of course, drinking, and takes place on 29 October at Forrester Park, near Dunfermline.
