Carl Curtis showed true Yorkshire grit to produce the only clear round in driving rain and win the coveted Mattie Brown Stakes at Newark and Notts with Panacee.
Another rider from Yorkshire, Paul Barker, produced the two fastest four-fault rounds on Blue Chip Quinton II and Temple Ryefield for second and third spots.
James Billington won the Olympia Young Show Jumper by 6sec on Steve Barness Collooney. The second Olympia ticket went to Sophie Strawson on Leanne Jacksons Valentino.
Ben Maher took the honours in the Top Tack Horse of the Year Show Grade C class with Trina Lewiss talented Time Out M. Their closest rivals were Mennell Watson and Halida Du Rouet, while Carl Curtis took the final ticket with Salvador.
Laura Renwick enjoyed two victories at the show winning the £800 1.40m prize with reigning Foxhunter champion Limelight De Breve and heading the accumulator on Baloubet Nice And Easy.
