Five things you didn’t know…
1He hates having his bridle altered once he’s been tacked up and he loathes posing for photos.
2 If he’s scared or worried, he can lose his focus going into a fence – like at Great Yorkshire the first year they had the big cow in the ring. It totally freaked him and from then on, we’ve taken him to round up cows the week before both Yorkshire and Hickstead, just in case.
3 He’s won at Cheshire County and the Royal International for the past two years.
4When he’s given his feed, he roots through it and pushes it out so he can eat it off the floor.
5 He loves to stand relaxing in his stable eating his haynet while the children and Susie the dog sit on his back.
