Leading pony producer and judge Katy Carter was rushed to Queens Medical Centre, Nottingham, with a kidney infection on Sunday (14 October).
She was judging the supreme championships at the British Show Pony Society Heritage championships, Arena UK, when she was taken ill and collapsed in the ring.
Her condition is described as “comfortable”.
