Broadgrove Chatterbox was crowned the HOYS Supreme Pony of the Year in a fairytale result for all her connections during the final gala night performance at the Birmingham NEC.
This 138cm show pony, who won the Cuddy in-hand supreme title in 2003, has never been beaten in her class under saddle and retained her sparkle and manners to take the ultimate 2005 HOYS showing title under Jemima Walker.
Broadgrove Chatterbox has been on outstanding form all season and improved on her 2004 HOYS performance, when she won her class and stood reserve show pony champion, by taking the riding pony championship on her way to the ultimate accolade.
The PricewaterhouseCoopers Supreme Horse of the Year went to Rooks Nes Farms’ Bourbrook Golden Law, ably piloted by Shelley Perham. This ladies’ hunter specialist has proved unbeatable in this elegant class at HOYS in recent years.
